Nathalie Jas is a STS scholar and a Senior Researcher in Sociology of Risk at the French Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA).

She is a member of the IRISSO (Institut de recherche interdisciplinaire en sciences sociales), a Paris Dauphine University-CNRS-INRA Research Institute.

Her research areas include history and sociology of environmental and occupational health, environmental history and sociology, the construction of health problems as public issues.
